The observatory is located on the side of the Via Tena-Quito in the Chontas Sector of the Parish of Cosanga, Quijos Canton, Napo Province, on the eastern slope of Ecuador. Just 2h30 from the city of Quito, the capital of ECUADOR.

If you are traveling by car from Quito, you must take the road to the city of Tena until you reach the parish of Cosanga.
